1. Document Review
Submit your resume, passport, seaman’s book, and relevant STCW certificates for evaluation.
2. Initial Interview
Technical assessment and interview with recruitment officers to evaluate competency and experience.
3. Medical Examination
Pre-Employment Medical Exam (PEME) at an accredited maritime medical clinic.
4. Contract & Deployment
Contract signing, PDOS, and deployment coordination.
